Information you provide directly. When you use the App, you may provide the following information to generate your birth chart and daily readings:

• Birth date
• Birth time (optional, improves accuracy)
• Birth location (city or coordinates)
• First name or display name (optional)

This information is stored locally on your device using your device's secure storage. It is not transmitted to our servers unless you create an account or enable cloud sync, which are optional features.

Information collected automatically. When you use the App, we may collect limited technical information to operate and improve the service:

• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Crash reports and error logs (anonymised)
• General usage analytics (screens viewed, features used — no personal identifiers)

Payment information. If you subscribe to Psyanima, payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status from the relevant platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above solely to:

• Calculate and deliver your personalised birth chart, daily reading, and transit forecasts
• Maintain and improve the App's performance and reliability
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your birth data for advertising. We do not share your information with third parties except as described in Section 4.

3. Local Storage and Data Minimisation

By default, all personal data you enter — birth date, birth time, birth location, and name — is stored exclusively on your device. Astrological calculations are performed on-device or on our servers using anonymised requests where possible. We are designed to work without an account.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• RevenueCat — subscription management. Receives a pseudonymous user identifier and subscription status. Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. If you have created an account, your data is retained on our servers until you request deletion. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
